Job Summary

OBB Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the overall operations of our poultry farm and chicken processing facility in Port Dickson. The ideal candidate will oversee production, processing, workforce management, food safety compliance, and business performance while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the poultry farm and chicken processing plant.
  • Oversee broiler production, processing activities, and daily operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Halal, GMP, HACCP, biosecurity, and food safety standards.
  • Lead and supervise production, maintenance, quality assurance, logistics, and administration teams.
  • Monitor operational costs, budgets, and production KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare operational and management reports for the Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3* years of management experience* in the poultry farming or chicken processing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of poultry farm operations, processing plant management, and food safety systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage large teams and drive continuous operational improvement.
