Join a Team Supporting Singapore’s Reporting Operations

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accident Reporting Admin to support our operations team in processing motor accident reports.
• Your role will ensure that accident reports are properly documented, verified, and submitted accurately through the national reporting system.
• No experience required — training will be provided.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lodge motor accident reports into the GEARS
• Conduct tier checks to ensure accident reports and information are accurate
• Verify documents and details before submission
• Send completed reports and documentation to clients via email
• Maintain proper records for operational tracking

Accuracy and attention to detail are very important in this role.

Careful and detail-oriented
Basic computer knowledge (Word / Excel / email)
Responsible and able to follow structured procedures
Able to work independently and complete tasks on time
Willing to learn new systems and processes
