Plant Operation Technician (Semicon)

Location: Changi
Working Days: 4 3 3 4
Working Hours: 12 Hours (Rotating Shift)
Starting Salary: $2,200 - $2,500
Benefits: Day & Night Shift Allowances / OT Allowances

Responsibilities

• Operate and handle testing equipment and testers in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform testing operations, including test, marking, scanning, and packing processes.
• Monitor and ensure product quality, production output, and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.
• Adhere strictly to manufacturing procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and company regulations.
• Support production activities and assist in troubleshooting basic operational issues when required.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Possess good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit shift
