Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an RPA Developer based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility to work from home. The RPA Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using appropriate tools and frameworks, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Daily tasks include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, documenting workflows, and translating them into automated solutions. The role involves monitoring and optimizing bots, troubleshooting issues, providing support during deployment, and maintaining detailed technical documentation. The RPA Developer will collaborate with consultants, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation, with experience in designing and implementing UiPath RPA solutions.
• Analytical Skills to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and optimize workflows.
• Effective Communication skills to work with stakeholders, document requirements, and present technical concepts clearly.
• Software Development skills, including proficiency in relevant programming or scripting languages and familiarity with RPA platforms.
• Experience with AI, ML, or cognitive technologies is an advantage.
• Understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
