We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – AI Solutions to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on AI professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience delivering scalable AI applications on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python, Azure AI, and cloud-based AI services.
  • Build AI solutions involving video analytics and video processing.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
  • Implement AI solutions on Azure and support edge AI deployments where required.
  • Apply DevOps practices to automate AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and technical teams to define and deliver AI solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture, security, and development standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote AI best practices across the team.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and implementation.
  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and cloud services.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
  • Knowledge of video analytics and AI-based video processing.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices in AI or data engineering projects.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
