What you'll need to be successful:

Recruiting Team
- Achieve assigned annual sales and revenue targets.
- Support the Head of Sales in executing sales strategies and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new leads, develop new business opportunities, and grow existing customer accounts.
- Manage sales projects from initial inquiry through contract award, including coordination of execution, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Prepare and present PERI solutions and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with PERI sales and credit policies.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates, customer information, and project progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and demonstrate PERI values in all business activities.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or project-based sales environment.
- Experience in construction, engineering, formwork, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Good customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
