We're Hiring: Business Analyst!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, data analysis, and stakeholder management to drive effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Location: Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Business Analyst


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, queries, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain BPMN process model
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis and reconciliation using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
  • Prepare business documentation and support programme delivery.

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) (mandatory).
  • Experience with SAP Signavio and BPMN process modelling.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
  • Strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments is an advantage.
