Full Time Packer - Retail Assistant (E-Commerce) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in HD Plastic Johor - Maukerja

• Working Hours: * Monday – Friday: Full Day (Normal Working Hours)
• Saturday: Half Day

Key Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack: Accurately pick items based on online customer orders and pack them securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Return Processing: Inspect returned goods, log incoming data, and process exchanges or restocks according to company policy.

Retail & Customer Facing

• Customer Service: Warmly assist walk-in customers, answer product inquiries, and make tailored recommendations.
• Cashiering: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system (handling cash/card/e-payments) and balance the daily register.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse packing, retail sales, or POS cashiering is an advantage.
• Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks
• Friendly personality with basic communication skills to assist walk-in customers.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with cash handling.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
