REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a procurement or administrative support role.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and procurement documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, quotations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and timelines.
• Monitor and track order status to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
• Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance review processes.
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and database updates.
• Assist in compiling data for procurement analysis and audit purposes.
• Liaise with suppliers to follow up on documentation, quotations, and delivery schedules.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
