ADMIN POSITION

Key Reponsibilities

1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office,

2. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning,

3. Provide crucial administrative support to various departments and team members as assigned such as making payments

4. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

5. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

6. Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other important documents as required.

7. Required to provide assistance and support for all operational and administrative tasks at the branches as well as any other duties assigned from time to time.

8.Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks across the organization

9.Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
