Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring customer outstanding balances and aging reports.
• Support payment follow-ups and collection activities with customers.
• Assist in processing customer payments and updating records in the system.
• Help prepare credit-related reports and documentation.
• Maintain and update customer account information and filing records.
• Assist in reviewing credit applications and supporting credit assessment activities.
• Liaise with internal departments on customer account matters.
• Support monthly AR collection meetings and related administrative tasks.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidate must be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
