Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Team Leader, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Gold Cold Transport Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Job description:

1) Supervise warehouse operation during shift in accordance with warehouse policies and procedures.

2) Train and coach warehouse line employees.

3) Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.

4) Schedule and conduct shift meetings.

5) Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)

6) Communicate with other Team Leader and Warehouse Supervisor.

7) Ensure a clean and safe work area.

8) To assist Warehouse Supervisor to Conduct Cycle Count & Weekly Stock Count.

9) Comply and assist in ensuring compliance with the Organizations health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) and other management system requirements e.g. ISO, GDP, FSSC, EMS, etc. Maintain and continually improve the systems, objective targets and legal requirements relevant to job responsibilities; and actively encourage the implementation of workplace improvements and continuously promote the concepts of the management system requirements among subordinate and peers.

10) Any others assignment from Management which is related to Company or career growth.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
