We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution activities. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, cost control, safety compliance, and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure warehouse KPIs are achieved, including productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Develop manpower planning, workforce allocation, and operational strategies to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse performance, investigate operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Manage warehouse operating costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and staff through coaching, performance management, and training.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), and warehouse safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Oversee warehouse facilities, equipment, and asset maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, transporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Review operational reports and present warehouse performance to Management.
• Support warehouse system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in 3PL, FMCG, food warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse teams and achieving operational KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and cost management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
