Position: Finance Manager
Primary Objective
Lead the company's financial management, investment fundraising activities, financial planning, and corporate finance initiatives to support business growth and secure strategic investments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investment & Fundraising
- Prepare comprehensive Investment Papers, Information Memorandum (IM), and Pitch Decks for investors.
- Develop business valuation models and investment proposals.
- Coordinate due diligence documentation for potential investors.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential investors, venture capital firms, private equity firms, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Organize and lead investor presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Support fundraising exercises from initial engagement through financial closing.
- Develop financial models for business expansion and investment decisions.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and investment analysis.
2. Investor Relations
- Prepare investor updates and financial presentations.
- Respond to investor financial inquiries.
- Coordinate information requests during investment due diligence.
- Maintain investor communication and reporting schedules.
3. Business Strategy Support
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Perform financial due diligence on potential business opportunities.
- Conduct risk assessments and financial impact analyses.
- Support strategic business planning initiatives.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance requirements.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Pay: RM3,574.86 - RM6,000.00 per month
