Full Time System Analyst Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Esync Software Services Federal Territory - Maukerja

Role & Responsibilities:

· Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.

· Translate business requirements into technical front-end specifications for developers.

· Design or review UI/UX to ensure the application is user-friendly.

· Ensure web/mobile applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability.

· Participate in or contribute to system architecture and design.

· Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT).

· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Analyze defects found during testing.

· Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or a related role.

· Experience in the banking, digital banking, fintech, or stock broking industry is preferred.

· Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).

· Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

· Experience with system analysis, solution design, and system architecture.

· Good understanding of UI/UX principles and experience reviewing wireframes, mockups, or prototypes.

· Experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.

· Familiarity with REST APIs, system integration, and data flow concepts is an advantage.

· Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio, or Microsoft Office.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis is an advantage.

· Experience supporting production releases and post-implementation activities is preferred

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM10,310.33 per month
