Job Summary

Provide first-level SAP support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth SAP operations to support daily business activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for SAP users by responding to incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP issues related to transactions, master data, and reporting.
• Monitor daily SAP operations to ensure system availability and performance.
• Assist users with SAP navigation and standard system functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Communicate with stakeholders on issue status and resolution progress.

Job Authority

• Manage SAP user access based on approved requests.
• Coordinate and work closely with SAP consultants on system-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Experience in SAP support or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Job-Related Skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP concepts and ERP software, especially SAP.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
• Understanding of IT support processes and ticket management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
