WE ARE HIRING: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Eco Majestic, Semenyih, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,500 (including Sales Incentive)

About Us

We are a fast-growing Malaysian healthcare & consumer products company committed to building trusted brands through pharmacies, retail and e-commerce. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to grow our online sales across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada stores.
  • Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Host TikTok Live and Shopee Live according to the weekly schedule.
  • Upload and maintain product listings, pricing and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor online sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Reply to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Analyse sales reports, campaign performance and marketplace analytics.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live sessions.
  • Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or other content editing tools.
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada is an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
