Overview

What does Organizational & Methods (O&M) Executive do?  You will be responsible to prepare documentation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) e.g. Parkson Vouchers, Store Personnel Job Routine, Tenancy, Fixed Assets, Project Tendering, Write-Off, Receiving, etc.  You will have the opportunities to deal with various departments including store operations in gathering information and obtaining an in-depth understanding of the procedures.

Job Description

• Review and analyze existing work processes.
• Compile and highlight feedback to the Head of Department to justify practicability of the procedure and recommendation for enhancement when necessary.
• Resolve conflict in opinion by coordinating among departments involved to build up a standard operating procedure.
• Identify, propose and justify continuous improvement and process re-engineering initiatives.
• Conduct training during implementation of new or revised procedure.
• Track and measure process flow against checklist after implementation.
• Document established procedures in proper and traceable manner.  Structure information by using various formats (e.g. written form, illustration, flowchart, matrix, picture, etc.) to suit the procedure & users' preferences for easier understanding. Proofread documentation for grammar, spelling and format.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in English Language and Linguistic, Journalism, etc.
• Candidate of other Bachelor's Degree who is proficient in both oral and written English is also encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate, competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.  Good attention to detail, highly committed, independent and work well in a team based environment.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Energetic candidate with good personality, professional and positive working attitude.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
