About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Executive to coordinate and supervise telecommunication and utility installation works, ensuring project progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong site coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage daily site operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate and monitor telecommunication fiber optic, TNB cable, and SAJ pipe installation works at site.
  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure timelines are achieved.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project progress reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients on project coordination matters.
  • Monitor implementation of telecommunication fiber, TNB, and SAJ utility projects.
  • Ensure site works are carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with relevant experience in utilities or site monitoring projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision within construction, utilities, infrastructure, or roadworks projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and project coordination.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
  • Possess valid CIDB Green Card and/or safety-related certifications (added advantage).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Underground Detection Mapping (UDM).
  • Possess valid B2 and D Class driving licenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
