Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in MACRU CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Oversee daily site operations:-

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.

Guide, motivate, and manage site workers and subcontractors.

Ensure work stays on schedule and meets project timelines.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all work meets specifications.

Enforce strict health and safety regulations on site at all times.

Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour efficiently.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site.

Provide regular updates on site progress and challenges to the Project Manager.

Proven experience in construction site supervision (building, structure, infrastructure, architecture and M&E), with at least 5 years for senior position preferably in high rise residential development.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Good at leading people and solving problems.

Hold relevant safety and/or quality accessors certificate is an added advantage.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
