Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA Supervisor (Lab), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,200 di Mah Sing Healthcare Selangor - Maukerja

1. to assist the Chemist (Laboratory) to ensure all sampling and testing of raw material, in-process material and finished products are carried out as per SOP and GMP.

2. Supervise daily routine job for the Laboratory Assistants.

3. Verify the routine testing of compounding and production dip lines process parameters.

4. Ensure that all Lab Assistants are trained in the relevant SOPs and test methods.

5. Responsible for updating Lab assistant training records.

6. Ensure that all testing material, equipment and apparatus in the laboratory are placed to it designated places/locations and properly arranged upon use.

7. Ensure that testing records are legible (can be read), completed and properly indexed and filed at the specified cabinet / location.

8. Ensure that all equipment available in the Laboratory' are properly identified / labelled with equipment name / number.

9. Ensure that housekeeping in the Laboratory is properly maintained and that the working environment is clean and taken care of.

10. Update Internal and External Calibration Master List and Schedule for every department.

11. Raise Purchase Request (PR) for calibration master tools and any equipment required for external calibration and verification.

12. Monitor and control the equipment registration system for calibration purposes.

13. Ensure all equipment and tools is calibrated and pasted with Calibration sticker.

14. Update and filing the calibration certificate in appropriate system.

15. Managed Internal and External Audit for calibration.

16. Liaise with Calibration supplier if found any discrepancy / non-conformance for external calibration

17. Coordinate with every department for the equipment used under calibration activity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or with gloves related experience or higher.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory level, knowledge in gloves environment is added advantage.
• Disciplined, positive attitude, initiative & must be hands on.
• Communicate well with superior and subordinates.
• Manage & supervise a group of Department Leaders / Assistants / Operators to achieve set objectives.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to furnish relevant reports on-time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
