Job Title : Farm Supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site at the plantation/farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plantation and farm operations.
• Plan, assign, and monitor the work of farm workers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine plantation activities, including planting, maintenance, fertilizing, and field inspections.
• Monitor harvesting activities for oil palm and other crops to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Prepare work schedules and operational plans, and ensure all staff understand and follow assigned tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels of fertilizers, agrochemicals, tools, and other farm supplies, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure the proper storage and security of farm equipment, machinery, and supplies.
• Coordinate the repair, maintenance, and replacement of farm machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports on plantation performance.
• Assist in the marketing and sales of harvested produce where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good agricultural practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
