What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily food & beverage operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to uphold strong service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team on menu planning and seasonal offerings.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Create memorable guest experiences and maintain a welcoming café atmosphere.
• Plan and coordinate small-scale café events and private bookings

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality management (café/restaurant preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and customer service.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for creating great dining experiences.
