Production Operator (Electronics Manufacturing)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operators / AOI Operators to join an established electronics manufacturing company in Singapore.

Salary & Benefits

Estimated Monthly Gross Salary

• SGD 1,600 – SGD 2,200 (depending on overtime)

Additional Benefits

• Day Shift Allowance: SGD 10/day
• Night Shift Allowance: SGD 20/night
• Overtime paid after 44 working hours
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
• Company transport provided between Johor Bahru and Singapore
• Company transport available from selected MRT stations in Singapore
• Uniform provided

Working Hours

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM
• Rotation:
• 3 months day shift
• 3 months night shift
• Overtime available (up to 6 working days per week, not compulsory)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality.
• Report any quality, safety, or process issues to supervisors.
• Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks in a cleanroom environment.
• Support continuous improvement (Kaizen) and 5S activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Willing to wear cleanroom protective clothing (jumpsuit).
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts.

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
