Project Description:

Next-Generation Infotainment System project for German premium carmaker at Luxoft Automotive Division. There is a wide range of applications provides by domains for the Head Unit, such as Tuner, Player, etc. The project life-circle is covering all the stages from design to development and delivery to the client. The project team works in tight collaboration with one of the premium OEMs in the world and is located in Southeast Asia region. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that is developing functionality for the most technologically advanced cars in the world.

Responsibilities

• Managing project according to DXC/Luxoft internal processes and customer processes

• Stakeholders Management

• Support hiring and onboarding process

• Track and handle project internal location needs and requests

• Establish and Maintain a project management plan

• Establish and Maintain a risk management plan

• Support tracking of projects HW and SW, take care of the procurement of projects goods

• Provide metrics to management regarding project health, defects, and issues

• Deep cooperation with internal departments

• Planning, estimation, and task management for all domains in the project

• Regular reporting and task reprioritization based on the management team requests"

Mandatory Skills Description

- Academic degree in informatics, computer science, electrical engineering or similar qualification.

- First experience as team lead, project coordinator or related coordinative roles (requirements management, resident engineer, bridge head), alternatively academic experience with focus on management / coordination

- 5+ years of project management / coordination experience in software development for international large-scale projects, in the embedded software area

- Very strong communication skills, able to communicate with customer stakeholders, management and the team

- Very good understanding of the software development process (SDLC)

- Very familiar with Office Tools, especially Excel

- Very Familiar with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), Office Tools

- Enthusiasm for embedded systems"

- Good Chinesse language skills (C1/B2 level)

Nice-to-Have Skills Description

- Software development or testing expertise.

- Experience in embedded automotive environment.

- PMP certification or similar
