Requirement

• Master's in Architecture (Part II) from a qualified universities or higher.
• Minimum one (1) year(s) of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
• Flair for design and graphics.
• Possess own transportation.
  

Duties and Responsibilities

• To prepare conceptual and sketch design proposals (Design Reports).
• To prepare submission drawings and necessary documents for local authorities.
• To be involved in construction implementation.
• To coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities throughout the project.
• To be involved in project documentation and project management and Construction.
• Must be able to lead and coordinate the Design/Technical Team where required.
