Sales Executive – Enterprise Software Solutions

Location: Kuala Lumpur | Full-time | On-site

Kita Labs is looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our enterprise software and digital solutions business.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with SMEs and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and software demos
• Understand operational challenges and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial terms
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
• Coordinate with technical and product teams
• Attend networking events and develop strategic partnerships
• Maintain accurate sales reports and market feedback

Requirements

• Experience in B2B, software, ERP, SaaS, or technology sales
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to engage business owners and senior decision-makers
• Target-driven, proactive, resilient, and well-organised
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
• Experience selling business management, operational, finance, supply chain, or enterprise software solutions will be highly valued.
