Descriptions:

1. Assist in cross-functional projects and handle daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, new launches and campaign execution, to support business growth in the market.

2. Support management of xiaomi stores (e.g. *************, official flagship stores and authorized stores on Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok shop), including goal setting, strategy development, price alignment, and investment management.

3. Aid in annual framework negotiations with platforms (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok), resource coordination, and budget planning.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in the local e-commerce ecosystem to increase market share and drive sales growth.

5. Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategies and maximize sales.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and basic knowledge of Xiaomi products is preferred.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fast-learning abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
