About the Role

Weare looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to help keep our fulfilmentcentre and delivery operations running smoothly day to day. You will workclosely with the warehouse, dispatch, and client-facing teams to make sureorders are processed accurately and deliveries go out on time. As ouroperations run 7 days a week to meet marketplace delivery timelines, this rolerequires flexibility to work at least one weekend shift per week on a rotatingroster, with a weekday off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities

•     Oversee daily warehouseand fulfilment operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, andorder dispatch.

•     Monitor delivery joballocation and rider/driver dispatch to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

•     Track shipment statusand proactively resolve exceptions such as delays, failed deliveries, ormissing items.

•     Coordinate with clients(Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop sellers) on order updates, special handlinginstructions, and issue resolution.

•     Maintain accurateinventory records and support regular stock counts and reconciliation.

•     Ensure warehouseprocesses comply with safety, security, and standard operating procedures.

•     Prepare and update dailyoperational reports (order volumes, delivery performance, exceptions) formanagement.

•     Support ad-hoc projectssuch as new client onboarding, seasonal peak planning, and process improvementinitiatives.

•     Provide weekend shiftcoverage on a rotating basis to ensure continuity of fulfilment and deliveryoperations.

Requirements

•     Diploma or degree inBusiness, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent workingexperience will also be considered.

•     1–3 years of experiencein operations, logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfilment preferred.

•     Comfortable working in afast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.

•     Good communicationskills and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with clients and deliverypartners.

•     Proficient in MicrosoftExcel/Google Sheets; familiarity with WMS, TMS, or order management systems isa plus.

•     Able to workindependently, take ownership of issues, and stay calm under time pressure.

•     Willing and able tocommit to at least one weekend shift per week as part of a rotating schedule.
