Job Summary 

The Security Supervisor is responsible to supervise daily security operations, lead security personnel, manage and report security incidents, and coordinate emergency response activities to maintain a safe and secure environment at the assigned site in accordance with post instructions and client requirements. This role generally focuses on team supervision, incident reporting, and day-to-day site coordination. 

Key Responsibilities 

Incident Management & Reporting  

• Respond to & report complex or large-scale safety and security incidents
• Investigate security incidents   

Direct Supervision  

• Supervise & direct security personnel   
• Conduct team briefing & debrief   

Execute Evacuation Plans & Exercises   

• Execute evacuation plans/exercises 

Job Requirements 

• Possess a valid PRD licence with a minimum PWM rank of SS 
• Ability to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays. 
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and management. 
• Able to conduct patrols and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• First-Aid, respond to fire emergencies, and customer service trained is preferred.
  

Location and Shift Details

• Monthly rotation between Dhoby Ghaut and One Raffles Link
• 8 hours shift for 24 days a month

Salary

• Gross Salary: S$3,900 per month

Professional Standards 

• Display PRD identification at all times while on site. 
• Maintain proper grooming standards and wear the prescribed uniform. 
• Comply with all Company policies, client requirements, and post instructions.
