Job Responsibilities:

Move Management

• Provide support for office relocations
• Coordinate with stakeholders on relocation requests
• Manage stakeholders and vendors on setting up furniture and equipment

General Support

• Assist with inventory management, documentation, and tracking of assets
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations

Period: 6 months contract, with the possibility of extension

Location: Clementi currently; relocating to Yio Chu Kang from the end of August

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $14/hr

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level holder with relevelant work experience
• May need to carry heavy boxes on ad-hoc basis for transportation
• Know MS Excel to assist with administration work
• Good planning and coordination skills
• Strong situational awareness with the ability to work independently
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Visual communication and graphic design skills will be an added advantage
