• Provide 24/7 operational support from the control room to oversee vessel movements and operations.
• Monitor real-time vessel positions, routes, and schedules using relevant monitoring systems.
• Maximizing resources by ensuring tugboats are promptly deployed according to schedules and job requirements, closely coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels for smooth tugboat operations, promptly address any issues or concerns as necessary.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to tugboat deployment by collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of tugboat schedules, operational activities and other relevant documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies situation by adjusting plans and deployment on top of rendering necessary assistance.
• Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Management.

Requirements:

• GCE “O” Level / NITEC qualification.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in the marine industry.
• Familiarity with local port waters is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
