Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to the project schedule.
• Plan, assign and monitor daily manpower deployment and work allocation.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, productivity and performance.
• Arrange and coordinate workers, equipment, materials and tools required for daily site activities.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, work procedures and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays and manpower requirements to Management.
• Coordinate inspections, site access, permits and other project-related documentation.
• Resolve day-to-day site operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Maintain proper site records, daily reports, manpower records and work progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors regarding project coordination.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions on site.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Working Requirements :

• Must be willing to work day or night shifts, including rotating shifts, according to operational requirements.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Must be prepared to attend emergency breakdowns and urgent call-outs outside normal working hours.
• May be required to work extended hours during shutdowns, critical maintenance works or project emergencies.
• Must be willing to work at different project sites as assigned by the Company.
• Must be physically fit to work in a construction environment.
• Must comply with all Company policies, WSH regulations and project safety requirements.
