We’re Hiring: PV & BESS Design Engineer

Location: Miri, Sarawak

Ark Engineering Group is looking for a motivated PV & BESS Design Engineer to join our team working on international renewable energy projects!

Requirements:

️ English communication skills are mandatory

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in utility-scale, ground-mounted Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) design

Proficient in:

* AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical

* PVCase

* PVsyst

* Google SketchUp

* Microsoft Office

Experience preparing:

* Solar PV layouts

* Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)

* Cable routing and cable schedules

* Equipment layouts

* BESS layouts and design documentation

Familiar with:

* Utility-scale Solar PV and BESS system design

* HV/MV electrical systems

* Grid-connected renewable energy projects

* Electrical design standards and industry best practices

Experience with the following software will be an advantage:

* Helioscope

* ETAP

* DIgSILENT PowerFactory

* PVSol

* Civil 3D

* BIM / Revit

Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
