• Design high-quality creative materials for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, EDMs, presentations, events, exhibitions, sports sponsorships, internal communications, and print media.
• Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, Social Media, Web, and Regional teams to develop engaging and impactful creative campaigns.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across various markets, digital platforms, and languages.
• Create original layouts by applying strong design principles, including typography, colour, imagery, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Adapt, resize, and localise campaign assets for different markets and digital channels.
• Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and professional printing, ensuring production-ready quality.
• Upload and manage visual content using WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS) when required.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, financial marketing, and sports sponsorship creative developments.
• Ensure all creative materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team, creative agency, financial services company, or international brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, social media, campaign, and print design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
