Job Summary

You will support construction site operations by managing shuttering tasks and safely transporting workers between dormitories and the site, ensuring smooth daily logistics without handling material carrying.

Responsibilities

• Perform shuttering of materials within the designated project zone to support construction activities
• Transport workers safely to and from dormitories and within the construction site according to shift schedules
• Follow safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure work environment
• Communicate shift preferences clearly during application to coordinate work schedules
• Adhere to vehicle usage rules, including restrictions on driving the vehicle home

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to operate site vehicles safely and legally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team, showing commitment and a positive attitude toward work
• Exhibit organizational skills, independence, initiative, and good navigation abilities to manage site transport efficiently
• Possess prior experience in the construction field to understand site operations and safety requirements

Benefits

• 5.5-day work week
• Day shift: 8am–6pm (Mon–Fri), 8am–12noon (Sat)
• Night shift: 8pm–6am (Mon–Sat) with compulsory overtime on Saturday
• Overtime fees apply after official working hours
• Night shift allowance and other related allowances payable

• Vehicle cannot be driven home by the employee
• Salary range will be based on experience
