Job Scope

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts to drive overall sales growth across APAC and the local market.

• Manage and convert opportunities generated through channel partners to achieve monthly and fiscal sales targets.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while providing accurate sales forecasts.

Partner & Distributor Management

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with regional partners, system integrators, and distributor organizations.

• Monitor distributor performance, sales achievements, and manage stock inventories.

• Collaborate with partners to uncover new market expansion initiatives.

Marketing & Product Strategy

• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies in tandem with distributors.

• Educate channel partners on new product portfolios, promotions, and market positioning.

• Coordinate with the internal marketing team on product updates, pricing, and the distribution of sales materials.

Sales Operations

• Process distributor purchase orders and ensure seamless coordination with internal operations.

• Monitor outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collection.

• Maintain accurate management reports and distributor performance records.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, channel sales, or account management within the Display Solutions, LED/DvLED, or related tech industries.

• Direct experience with DvLED, large Video Walls, or commercial display technologies is highly preferred.

• A strong, existing network with distributors, system integrators, or channel partners across the APAC region is a significant advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and travel overseas when required.
