Job Description:

1 - Full set ofaccounting – AP,AR, Journal, Invocing

2 - Send SOA , Askingfor payment

3 - Update receiptsfrom customers

4 - Update bank bookand prepare monthly reconciliations

5 -   Prepare GST quarterly reports

6 -   Preparedocument for Account Auditing

7 - Prepare and analysecost comparison

8 -   PrepareProgress claim , update record

9 -   Prepare Variation Orders, claims, finalaccounts, settlement, and sub-contractor    payments

10 - Assist in otheraccounting duties when necessary
