Job Summary:
Kings Cart Coffee is looking for an organised and proactive Events Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the execution of coffee cart events, coordinate manpower, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth event operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the setup and breakdown of coffee cart events.
Manage event manpower scheduling and ensure adequate staffing for all events.
Liaise with clients via email and other communication channels regarding event requirements and arrangements.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of coffee beans and equipment to event locations.
Supervise event operations and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Assist with administrative duties, event planning, and operational coordination.
Monitor event performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment during and after events.
Provide guidance and support to the events team as needed.
Requirements:
Valid Class 3/3A driving license is a must.
Prior experience in related field or supervisory roles is preferred.
Barista experience or coffee knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and administrative skills, including email communication.
Willing to travel to multiple locations.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties, including pushing coffee carts and equipment weighing up to 70KG, and lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 30KG.
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment involving frequent setup and teardown
