Job Summary

You will perform accounts payable and receivable activities by preparing invoices and encoding bills into the system. You will also prepare purchase orders to support smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices accurately to support accounts receivable processes
• Encode bills into the accounting system to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Prepare purchase orders to facilitate procurement and vendor management
• Process payments to vendors to ensure timely financial settlements
• Prepare month-End Closing
• Prepare GST submission
• Liaise with tax agent on corporate tax submission
• Support the manager by assisting with administrative and financial tasks as needed
• Knowledge in Xero is added advantage
