Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming mails/submissions/correspondence of Fireincluding liaising and follow up on discrepancy of submission.
• Monitor policy/endorsement issuance within the TAT set.
• Attend to STP failed and pending cases.
• Archiving of documents
• Perform UAT as required.
• Compliance to all guidelines and regulations related to policy/endorsement processing.
• Check policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured.
• Daily tracking, monitor and ensure policy/ endorsement processing is issued within the standard turnaround time set.
• Attend incoming mails/submissions/correspondences/calls.
• Follow-up/attend to discrepancies on submission with Marketing.
• Perform risk accumulation checks to ensure risk exposure is kept within company retention limits.
• Prepare monthly report and ad-hoc reports (whenever necessary).
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you.
