Accounts & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for accounting, enjoy administrative work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Prepare and submit GST filings accurately and on time.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support the finance team with general accounting tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE O/A Level or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in handling AR/AP and GST filing.
• IT-savvy with good computer skills.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP is an advantage.
• Ability to handle a full set of accounts is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
