Full Time Civil Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in DPC CONSULTING ENGINEERS West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Civil Engineer with experience in LTA infrastructure projects and strong engineering drafting capabilities to join our consultancy team. The successful candidate will support the planning, design, and delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects by preparing engineering drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, and ensuring compliance with LTA requirements and Singapore standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop civil engineering design drawings, plans, details, and tender documentation using AutoCAD and other design software.

• Produce and coordinate engineering drawings for roadworks, drainage, utility diversions, traffic schemes, and other LTA infrastructure works.

• Assist in engineering design, calculations, and technical assessments in accordance with LTA standards, codes of practice, and relevant Singapore regulations.

• Coordinate with structural, geotechnical, M&E, traffic, and utility disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.

• Prepare submissions to LTA and other relevant authorities, addressing review comments and obtaining approvals.

• Support the preparation of tender documents, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and engineering reports.

• Attend technical meetings with clients, authorities, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Conduct site inspections to verify existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and review compliance with design intent.

• Review contractors' shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and requests for information (RFIs).

• Assist the Resident Engineer or Project Manager during the construction phase by providing technical support and resolving design-related issues.

• Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, and revision control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy or infrastructure design, preferably involving LTA projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong drafting and detailing skills.

• Experience preparing engineering drawings and authority submissions for LTA projects.

• Good understanding of LTA design criteria, Singapore Standards, and local authority approval processes.

• Familiarity with road design, drainage systems, utility coordination, earthworks, and transportation infrastructure.

• Experience with Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MicroStation, Revit, or BIM workflows is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MRT, road, expressway, tunnel, bridge, or utility infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of BIM collaboration platforms and knowledge to use simple engineering softwares. Must know how to use AUTOCAD.

• Progress toward or eligibility for Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Singapore is an advantage.
