Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, whichincludes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation ofmaster schedule and cost control

Plan lead and monitor progress and performance against theproject plan

Liaise with clients, subcontractors and authorities inresolving site issues

Supervising, managing workers and problem solving to meetdeadline

Material purchasing and monitoring build costs

Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weatheror emergencies at construction site

Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforcesproject standards

Review and check tender documents before evaluating andawarding tenders and quotations for construction works and services

Work closely with the project team on contractadministration including but not limited to contract documentation, progresspayments, management of variation works etc

Ensure organization procurement policies are in alignmentwith public sector procurement framework

Responsible for project procurement and contracts managemente.g. budgeting and cost control

Visit client sites and meet with business partners

Ensure project is kept within budget by forecastingrequirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, assessingchange requests and initiate any corrective actions

Oversee and manage main contract progress claim andsubcontract payment including variation claim

Any other relevant duties as required
