To comprehensively coordinate and manage the Company’s work related to production safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and occupational health; to directly organize and supervise all departments in fulfilling their safety management responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of government authorities and applicable laws and regulations. In compliance with chemical industry safety production standardization and other relevant regulatory and normative documents, to fully implement management requirements and ensure the sustained, stable, and compliant operation of Novolyte’s EHS management system.

During the factory construction phase, to be responsible for the identification, assessment, and coordination of improvement measures for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) risks; to act as the primary interface with relevant government authorities; and to organize and promote the establishment of the EHS management system as well as the certification of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Key responsibility

1.System Certification

Carry out the establishment of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including documentation development, internal audits, management reviews, implementation of system certification and certification acquisition, as well as ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of system operation.

2.External Communication

Maintain effective communication with local authorities responsible for safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and occupational health, promptly identify, implement, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules issued by government agencies to ensure the company’s compliant operations.

3.Safety Management

In accordance with legal and corporate requirements, establish, supervise, and implement occupational safety management systems and digital platforms; organize and ensure the execution of training and education, hazard identification and rectification, risk assessment and control, and emergency response drills, in order to enhance safety management, reduce the occurrence of accidents, and achieve safe production.

4.Environmental Management

Implement supervision and management of the full lifecycle of the "three wastes" (waste gas, wastewater, and solid waste), and maintain the continuous operation of the ISO 14001 system to ensure environmental compliance.

5.Occupational Health Management

To identify, assess, and control occupational hazards and health risks present in the workplace, supervise and manage the ISO 45001 system, and promote and safeguard employees’ physical and mental health during work activities

6.Fire Management

Supervise and manage the safe and compliant operation of the factory’s fire safety equipment and facilities.

Job Requirement

1.Working Experience

More than 2 years of experience in safety, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and construction safety management in chemical plants; experience in the chemical or automotive industries is preferred.

2.Knowledge & Skills

Well-versed in safety, environmental, and occupational health management, with familiarity in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Level-2 Safety Production Standardization systems.

3.Others Requirement

Holds an SHO (Safety and Health Officer) certificate; certification as a Lead Auditor is preferred; knowledgeable in lean production management, energy management systems, and basic concepts of dual-carbon initiatives.
