Job Summary

You will provide excellent customer service by assisting with floor service, order taking, and upselling, while maintaining the brand’s hospitality standards and cleanliness of the venue during opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order taking to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Promote additional menu items through upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service and hospitality aligned with brand standards
• Perform cashiering duties accurately during service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Support opening and closing procedures of the venue following standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Collaborate with team members to complete any other ad hoc duties related to food and beverage service
  

Shift Timing:
Opening: 9pm-6am
Closing: 11.30pm-8.30am

Working Days:
6 days a week. Off day either Tuesday or Thursday
