RESPONSIBILITIES

·       To meet existing and/or new customers maintain relationship and to develop potential business opportunities;

·       Ensure smooth operations of all service and/or maintenance activities;

·       Ensure customer requirements are clearly adequately communicated to service operation personnel;

·       Responsible for establishing selling prices for internal and external customers on parts related

·       To attend to local and overseas enquiries on parts related and provide quotes

·       To process quotation on recommended parts to customers within 2 days upon receipt of reports through eSOS (internal software)

·       To generate invoice for billing to customers within 2 days upon completion of job through eSOS

·       Gather Customers’ feedback and develop corrective measures for Management reviews;

·       Responsible for the Quality assurance / checks, Load Testing, Visual Inspections for all Project and/or Service works;

·       Responsible for providing ahigh standard of customer service

·       To generate weekly reports to update management on progress of all enquiries and order confirmation to both internal and external customers

·       Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained;

·       Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

·       Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirement

Certificate / Diploma is Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

Experience is selling services and have good customer service attitude

Relevant Customer base in the construction, manufacturing industry will be preferred
