IT Support

Job Summary

Provie IT support for the company's office and construction project sites to ensure the smooth operation of IT system network, and equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Provide IT support to office and site users

- install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers and mobile devices

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network and VPN issues

- Support and maintain CCTV systems and other site IT equipment

- Set up and maintain internet and WI-FI connections for office and project sites

- Manage Microsoft 365 use accounts and basic system administration

. Perform regular system updates, backups and maintain IT asset inventory

- Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and support

- Carry out other IT related duties assigned by management

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field

- At least 2 years of relevant IT support experience

- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, CCTV systems, and hardware troubleshooting
