Job Summary

Support the Assistant/Senior Project Manager in coordinating design, documentation, and project activities. Work with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work progress with project managers, site teams, and factory personnel to ensure alignment and timely updates
• Review and verify that designs, drawings, and documents comply with required standards and technical specifications
• Liaise effectively with clients, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate project communication and coordination
• Prepare and update shop drawings, technical documents, and project records to maintain accurate project documentation
• Submit material samples and documents to clients for approval to secure timely project progression
• Plan project schedules and monitor progress to ensure projects meet delivery deadlines
• Identify project delays promptly and support implementation of corrective actions to mitigate impact
• Ensure all project activities comply with authority requirements and tender specifications to maintain regulatory standards
• Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and other project-related documents to support safe and efficient execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement
• Good time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to work efficiently under changing project demands and deadlines
