Are you an experienced Procurement Operations leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, service delivery, and continuous improvement?

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Service Lead to oversee end-to-end Procurement Operations within a regional Shared Services environment. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations while leading a team of Service Managers and operational specialists to deliver against agreed service levels, governance standards, and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Procurement Operations function, including:
• Requisition support
• Purchase Order processing
• Vendor Master Data management
• Catalogue support
• Supplier query management
• Own service delivery performance, ensuring operational KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Monitor operational performance through productivity, quality, backlog, ageing, and exception reporting.
• Act as the senior escalation point for procurement operational issues involving suppliers, business users, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings and provide regular service performance updates to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardisation, automation, service simplification, and control enhancements.
• Ensure procurement policies, SOPs, controls, and documentation remain current and audit-ready.
• Lead, coach, and develop Service Managers and Procurement Operations teams, building capability and succession strength.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, and business stakeholders across multiple countries to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are advantageous.
• 12–15 years of Procurement Operations or Procure-to-Pay experience within a Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or regional operations environment.
• At least 5–10 years of people leadership experience managing managers or senior team leads.
• Strong experience leading high-volume Procurement Operations functions with ownership of SLAs, governance, service performance, and operational controls.
• Hands-on knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Experience managing Vendor Master Data, Purchase Orders, procurement policies, approval workflows, and compliance controls.
• Proven track record driving process improvement, automation, operational excellence, and service transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
